POPE LEO XIV  MORNING PRAYER AND BLESSINGS

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen

O Glorious and Ever-Living God, Alpha and Omega, we rise into this new month of March with hearts full of gratitude. Thank you for the blessings we saw and the dangers we did not see, for the battles you fought for us in silence, and for the roof over our heads and peace in our homes. Thank you for divine protection upon us, our loved ones, and our families throughout the month that has passed. What we could not prevent, you prevented; what we could not fix, you fixed; what we did not understand, you covered with mercy. May all glory be to your name.

Lord of Mercy and God of all comfort, we consecrate this month of March into your wounded and victorious hands. Let this be our month of congratulations, our season of good news, and our chapter of open testimonies. Replace anxiety with peace of mind, sickness with good health, and delay with divine speed. Where there was pressure, release grace; where there was confusion, release clarity; where there was heaviness, release joy. By Your mercy, let doors open that have been shut against us, and let helpers rise where strength has failed.

Holy Mother Mary, we run under your mantle in this month of March. Intercede for us before your Son, Jesus Christ. By your prayers, O Mother of Mercy, let accidents be far from us, accidental discharge be far from us, untimely death be far from us, and news that breaks hearts be far from our homes. Let regrets, tears, and sudden sorrows not locate us this month. Wherever our names are mentioned, let it be for joy and not for mourning, for promotion and not for demotion, for upliftment and not for disgrace.

O God who goes before us, who stands behind us, and who dwells within us, walk with us through every day of this month of March. Go before us and remove obstacles; go behind us and repair what is broken; remain within us and strengthen what is weak. Let your face shine upon us with healing in our bodies, miracles in our situations, and favour in our endeavours. Wherever we step this month, let grace speak for us. Wherever we knock, let heaven answer. Let our lives announce your goodness and our days declare your glory.

We seal this month with faith, we walk into it with hope, and we live it in the power of Christ our Lord.
