Do You realize that Jesus is there in the tabernacle expressly for you---for you alone? He burns with the desire to come into your heart....St. Therese of Lisieux

Lord Jesus Christ,

present in the Most Blessed Sacrament,

I come before You with a humble heart.

You are truly here—

Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity—

hidden under the appearance of bread,

yet reigning with glory in heaven.

Jesus, my Eucharistic Lord,

I adore You.

I thank You for loving us so much

that You chose to remain with us in this sacred mystery.

In this quiet moment before You,

I lay down all my worries, burdens, and fears.

Purify my heart, strengthen my faith,

and fill my soul with Your peace.

Let Your presence heal what is wounded in me,

restore what is broken,

and renew my love for You.

Teach me to hunger for You every day,

to seek You in prayer,

and to receive You with reverence and gratitude.

Remain with me, Lord,

and let me remain with You.

May my life become a living offering of love,

for the glory of God and the good of others.

Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament,

I adore You, I trust You, and I love You.
