Roof Repair Fund Appeal

$$- $45, 020.96 raised to date 

Before we can apply for a loan from the Archdiocese, we must first demonstrate our parish commitment by beginning a Roof Repair Fund.

Thanks to a generous initial gift of $20,000, we are off to a strong start — but we still need to raise an additional $80,000 to move forward with the required repairs.

We are applying for a grant, but that won't be available till April if approved. 

Other fundraising activities are also being considered.

We are inviting all parishioners to prayerfully consider contributing to this important project.

Every donation, large or small, helps us protect and preserve our parish home.

Donations may be made through the Sunday collection (marked “Roof Repair”), or by e‑transfer. Income‑tax receipts will be issued. Thank you for your generosity.

Charitable Tax Credit — Explanation

When you give to a registered charity, you receive a tax credit that reduces the income tax you owe. For many people, this credit is worth about 50% of the amount donated.

Example: A $2,000 donation may reduce your taxes by up to $1,000.

Every donation is gratefully received. Please give as you are able. Just as five loaves and two fish became more than anyone imagined, your gift—whatever the amount—will support the repair of our parish roof, a project we can accomplish together through shared generosity.

Donations may be made through the Sunday collection in the envelopes marked Roof Repair at the back of the church or by e‑transfer. Income‑tax receipts will be issued. Thank you for your generosity.

Charitable receipts are now available at the entrance to the church. There are two charitable receipts in the envelope, one for January & February 2025 and another for March to December 2025.  Those that have not been picked up will be mailed as of March 9, 2026

A HUGE thank you to all who supported our Bud, Spud and Steak Fundraiser! We sold just over 100 tickets and cleared just over $800 after expenses.Two of the ladies who won the mini-bags or Hersey's Kisses were out celebrating their birthdays on Valentine's Day. The mood of the party was so positive.

Hope to see you all at our next fund-raising venture!
